A large events company is looking for multiple Immediately Available Quantity Surveyors to work out of their Dubai Office in addition to project-specific overseas roles.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Quantity Surveyor located in Dubai. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for tasks including cost control, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting.

Qualifications

Cost Control, BOQ, Cost Management, Cost Planning, and Cost Reporting skills
Experience in quantity surveying and cost estimation
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in relevant software and tools
Professional certifications in Quantity Surveying are beneficial
More than 5 years post-graduate experience.
Capable of executing quantity take-offs on time and with high accuracy
Experience in packaging up inquiries to send to the market for pricing
Any experience with the contract side of subcontractor management would be an advantage
BSc Degree in Quantity Surveying or BSc Degree in Civil Engineering or Equivalent (relevant field)
